JAPAN VISA- My Takeaways!

JAPAN Visa- My takeaways!

Stop reading from here if your intention is to find ways to illegally stay in Japan.

Let’s start this blog by telling you that Japan is such a beautiful country. Beautiful is really an understatement, because in my experience the place is just superb that you wouldn’t really want to go home. But before planning out your trip to Japan, you have to understand that We, Filipinos need a Visa to enter the house of the rising sun! So lets bring it on!

Kung mag aaply ka as first timer to visit Japan, you really have to keep in mind the below requirements because these are mandatory for you to submit.

* Filled out application form- Malamang diba? This will serve as their official reference of who you are. Please be extra careful when filling out the application form at wag shunga shunga.

To be honest, I am not sure about this- kasi wala namang pagbabawal na naganap when I submitted my application so ilabas nyo na ang ipin at bagang nyo if you want. Push!

This is a report of your income, taxes that you or your employer file to Bureau of Internal Revenue or BIR. In my experience, if your ITR is not updated, you may back it up with an explanation letter and Japan Embassy might consider- again “MIGHT” wag assuming.

* NSO Birth Certificate or PSA- Oh yes! So please prepare for that upfront because it’s a no no for your application to be submitted kung wala nito.

* Bank Certificate- Lets make it clear about this specific piece. Kapag sinabing bank certificate its only a certificate and its not a bank statement. Magkaiba yun. Wag parang suminghot ng sunog na goma. Also, Japan Embassy will know that you deposited large funds in a single transaction just to show them you have fat or enough balance. Be gentle on your deposits. The bank certificate must reflect the total of your ADB (Average Daily Balance) or YTD (Year to Date) balance. Pero subukan nyo pa rin mag apply if your money is just like that, dahil hindi naman ako Japan Consul to decide. Again, there is no required amount to be reflected on your bank certificate, Just make sure you have enough funds to support your trip. Laban lang!

* Sample Itinerary- Linawin natin to ha? You dont' need to submit an official booking or whatnot. Sample lang besh! As in example! Susme! Please provide a detailed plan that you have in mind and thats it. Wag mong pahirapan ang sarili mo- Imagine that you're in Japan now and where do you want to go. Please provide a hotel in Japan that you have in mind as well. Ganun lang! Hindi mahirap gawin diba?

* Passport- Kailangan ko pa ba itong ilagay? Geh.

Just to add- Applicants can go with any agencies that are accredited by Japan Embassy. Medyo madaming agency besh so please take time to google and choose which you want and the cost is at 1000 petot (atleast the agency that I've been to)

In the event that you wanted to apply for a multiple entry (just like what I did) at gusto mo na naman talagang kabugin ang mga friends mo that only have single entry, you can request for a form at the agency. It’s a single piece of paper that you need to fill out and provide your reasons on why you wanted to achieve that Multiple category. That simple, and its up to Japan Embassy if they will grant you or not.

The result will be forwarded to the agency where you have submitted your application and they will notify you via text or call after one week. That easy! Hindi mo na kailangan to appear for interview. Overall experience was Less hassle indeed! Below is the agency on where I have applied. Good luck beshies!
